Each year the Fab Four (known overseas as The Australian Beatles Show) travel to Great Britain, where they perform as the top-billing act at the Liverpool Beatles convention in front of over 80,000 people. The overwhelming success of this group overseas is attributed to the professionalism and calibre of this act – nothing cheap, only the authentic instruments and costumes are used, only the best of everything. The show is the complete Beatles story, covering the entire span of the Beatle’s amazing career, taking the audience on a trip back in time to relive once again or experience for the first time the fashions and the musical styles of the ever changing 60’s. The relevant cast members play instruments not usually covered by most Beatles acts also. Songs such as ‘Let It Be’, ‘Hey Jude’ and ‘The Long and Winding Road’ are played on piano by Peter (Paul McCartney), and even the traditional Indian instrument ‘the Sitar’ is played by Gary (George Harrison), adding that authentic element to the Beatles classic; ‘Norwegian Wood’.
