AUDIO VIXENBASED: SYDNEY, AUSTRALIAAudio Vixen (Ria, Christine and Ross Pirrelli) came to prominence recently when they appeared as one of the Top 12 Finalists in Australia’s 2011 The X Factor. During the competition the judging panel, made up of Ronan Keating, Guy Sebastian, Natalie Bassingthwaighte and Mel B, described the group as the best vocalists in the competition. Ronan Keating - “You deserve to be selling records all over the world” Natalie Bassingthwaighte - “You guys are absolutely amazing” Guy Sebastian - “I could listen to you sing all night” Mel B - “Your harmonies are flawless. I can see you with your own show in Vegas” Audio Vixen left the show with a staggering last performance of the classic Queen song “Somebody to Love” which has since become their signature song and in a true act of professionalism, praised their mentor Ronan Keating, the shows producers and crew as well as all the other contestants. Since The X Factor Audio Vixen has been busy performing at special events and major clubs around Australia with their fabulous concert style show “A Salute to Classic Rock”. In a spectacular 90 minute show the group pays tribute to some of the great rock groups and artists such as Queen, Fleetwood Mac, Bon Jovi, The Eagles, America, Credence Clearwater and many more. Audio Vixen brings unforgettable classics back to life by adding their own special touch of beautiful harmonies to some of the greats songs like; Ventura Highway - America, Hotel California - The Eagles, Say You Love Me - Fleetwood Mac, Somebody to Love - Queen and many other great songs written and recorded by their idols. They have been compared by some as Australia’s version of famous Irish group "The Corrs" not only because of their incredible harmonies but also because they are family. Between them they command a unique, signature sound.
