Debora is fast becoming one of Australia's most versatile and dynamic musical theatre performers and actresses. After receiving rave reviews for her work in 'A Chorus Line' and most recently 'Sweet Charity', Debora takes to the national stage once again this year playing the role of ERMA in Opera Australia's 'Anything Goes'. Having obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Performing Arts from Adelaide University, Debora relocated to Sydney to work on the 2004 production of Mel Brooks’ “The Producers” where she understudied the role of Swedish secretary, Ulla. Past professional credits include “Titanic – a new musical” (Mme Aubert) for Sea biscuit Productions, “Respect the Musical” as a walk in cover to Rhonda Burchmore, Guy Noble’s “Karaoke The Musical” (Shania), Calendar Girls for GFO (Elaine), Stalker Theatre’s worldwide debut of “Shanghai Lady Killer” for the Brisbane and International Arts Festivals playing the role of Gina Wong and Squabbalogic’s “Sondheim On Sondheim” in 2014 which earned her a Glug nomination for best supporting actress.

Debora’s most recent and notable credits include playing the role of ‘Sheila’ in the 2012 Helpmann Award winning Musical – A Chorus Line. Nominated for numerous awards including a Helpmann for Best Supporting Actress, Sydney Theatre critics and GLUG award as well as winning ‘Theatre People’s’ most popular actress in a musical.
In 2014/2015 Debora received another Helpmann nomination for her portrayal of dual roles Nickie and Ursula in Hayes Theatre’s “Sweet Charity” as well as a Glug nomination and winning the Sydney Theatre Critics Award for best supporting actress in a musical. Debora’s corporate performances have seen her travel internationally performing for high profile events such as Qantas Global Achievers, Carols By Candlelight, the AAPT Tennis finals, Papua New Guinea’s Susa Mama’s charity, Darwin’s Arafura Games, The AFL North Melbourne Breakfast, the opening of the Paralympic games as well as performing the televised national anthem for the Le Mans International car race, NRL Sydney and most recently the national anthem for the Ashes Test Cricket Series - televised worldwide.

In 2014, Debora was invited to record a new version of the AFL Adelaide Crows club song that she performed live at their first home game at the opening of the new Adelaide oval. She was also honored to perform with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra as lead vocalist for their “Music of James Bond” concert series. Debora’s live television appearances include host of Channel Ten’s “The Music Shop”, ‘Good Morning Australia’ with Bert Newton, ‘Sunrise’, ‘The Today Show’ and ‘Mornings’. She has also appeared in various television commercials including campaigns for New Idea, Movieland, Mitsubishi, Home Hardware as the comic ‘know-how’ girl “Helga”, and a worldwide release for a series of KFC advertisements playing the role of Mrs. Rich. Debora is currently the face of CHOOSI advertorials as well as appearing regularly as a product presenter on channel Nine and Seven’s morning shows. Just recently, Debora launched her own Cabaret show “CABBARET”- a biopic of the Swedish supergroup ABBA, co written with Darren Mapes and debuting at The Sydney Cabaret Festival in 2014.

The end of 2015 sees Debora star as one of Australia's leading ladies in The Production Company's season of "JERRY'S GIRLS" at the Arts Centre followed by a series of concerts at the Festival Theatre with the Adelaide Arts Orchestra as part of their Xmas Proms Concerts alongside Bobby Fox.

Debora has worked extensively as a television presenter and specialises in direct response television marketing. She is currently featured as a product presenter on channel nine and seven's morning programs. Past clients include CHOOSI, REAL INSURANCE, HARPIC and MOVIELAND to name a few.
Television presenting credits include Channel Tens "The Music Shop", Commonwealth Bank's corporate in house television network and infomercials for "Rapid Loss" and "Mission Australia".
