One of Australia’s hottest bands of the 80's is back !

THE CHANTOOZIES available NOW for corporate and private events

The Chantoozies, began touring Australia in the late 80s, appearing on every imaginable entertainment programme in the country. Originally formed for only a one off show, The Chantoozies received an overwhelming response and gained their first residency at the renowned “Underground” Nightclub.

A record deal with Mushroom Records followed, and The Chantoozies found great success with their first film clip ‘Witch Queen Of New Orleans’. Following an extensive Australian tour, The Chantoozies continued to wow audiences with their hit songs ‘Wanna Be Up’, ‘Kiss And Tell’, ‘Walk On’ and ‘He’s Gonna Step On You’ – just to name a few! The Chantoozies went on to sell over 300,000 records, going Platinum and Gold status through the 80s and 90s. The Chantoozies shared the stage with many of Australia’s biggest acts including Noiseworks, Boom Crash Opera, James Reyne, Daryl Braithwaite, Hoodoo Gurus, and they supported international act Billy Joel on his 38 show Australia-wide tour.

After taking time out to pursue their individual careers, the girls reunited for ‘The 25 Years Of Mushroom Music’ at the MCG, then took part in the national ‘Countdown Spectacular’ tour and numerous corporate functions. 2015 sees The Chantoozies releasing new material and joining each other back on stage presenting their fun and exciting show to audiences nation-wide.
